Lead Removal
Lead is a commonly occurring issue in water damaged buildings. At Pro Response we safely remove mold under processes required by all regulatory organizations including the EPA and OSHA.
Testing
If you suspect your home has some form of fungi growth our third party testing and inspector organizations can provide answers. Once the concentration, scope of visual growth, and species is identified, we can create a Mold Remediation Plan based off of Protocols issued by these inspectors.
Containment
Areas of possible exposure will be contained using double layered, 6 mil plastic. Entry and exit of containment is through a decontamination chamber. Containment is sealed and checked for possible failure and negative pressure. All workers wear full-face respirators with HEPA grade filters, full body tyvek suits, and protective gloves when entering and exiting contained areas.
Negative Air
To ensure no exposure is possible all containment areas are put under negative pressure by HEPA filtered air scrubbers. Before work begins, our team will ensure the minimum negative pressure is reached and containment is safe to begin.
HEPA Clean
All areas containing mold will be removed and sealed. When removal is completed, all materials including walls of containment and decontamination chamber will be effectively cleaned. Through a process of HEPA vacuuming, wipe downs, chemical treatments, and encapsulating, we will ensure we achieve clearance the first time… every time!
Clearance
Through a third party inspector, we will test the air or surface within the containment for contaminants. When clearance report is received and confirmed, we will remove containment and final clean to complete the work.
