Let’s be honest, water emergencies are never fun. These catastrophes in homes and businesses typically catch you off guard and can mean a lot of worry and stress. Here at Pro Response, we see it every day, as we are in the business of stepping in when water disasters strike.
While we don’t wish these types of events on anybody, these failings are what keep us in business. Unfortunately, in many of these circumstances, there is not much anyone could have done to avoid the eventual loss. So, with all that said, what we really wanted to share is how IMMENSELY grateful we are for…Our Customers!
The reality is, that if our customers did not choose us then we would not be in business! But they have, and we are extremely grateful for that. Every customer we provide service to is supporting something more than a business….they are supporting 8 families, 12 children, 2 great-grandchildren, 4 dogs, and 2 cats!
We have a wonderful team here at Pro Response and our hearts are full knowing we work for a great company and with some amazing customers. All of this is possible because our customers chose us for their water restoration needs.
When our phone rings here at Pro Response it is typically someone in need, frantic with worry, and feeling overwhelmed by their current situation. These are not easy calls to take and you may be wondering why someone would choose to be in this line of service. The truth is, we want to take that call because we want people to know they are not alone and that we can step in to help with answers to their questions and solutions to their problems. A lot of emotions are felt during these times of disaster and loss and we do not take lightly the weight placed upon us when a call comes in and someone is putting their home in our hands. There is nothing more rewarding than the trust of our customers with their most valuable possession, their home!
